Southern Delaware gets on average 13.5" of snow a year.  In at least the last 8 years, they have not gotten anywhere near that amount - until we arrived (Jan. 28th).  This past Saturday (Jan. 30th), 11" fell.  I had to dig out in Spruce Pine and now I had to help my brother Chris, dig out.
